Aims and Objectives 
 
A To advance education and training for the benefit of children, young persons, women, men, senior residents and disabled from Black, Asian, minority ethnic groups, refugees and asylum seekers in the pan-London area.
B. To relieve poverty by providing advice, information and practical support for the deprived and disadvantaged in the pan-London area
C To improve the quality of life of the beneficiaries by providing leisure activities and activities that help to maintain the physical health and mental health of the beneficiaries.

D. To undertake community projects to increase participation and advance people in taking a proactive role in community development

E. To provide advice, guidance and support to the beneficiaries on anti-social behaviour and parenting issues. To work in partnership with other organisations and agencies for the benefit of the beneficiaries.

Behaviour management and improvement: with more adults contributing to and learning at school both the school and the community gain from positive behaviour norms and attitudes
Integrated provision: provision of lifelong learning opportunities,
support, continuity, progression and therefore, achievement and
improvement in staying on and participation rates
Schools as social and economic community regenerators: building capacity, positive expectations and motivation, championing social
inclusion, investing in social capital and active citizenship
