COVID-19 Policy
Guidance and support for our prospective and current clients.
Throughout the uncertain times of Covid-19 we continued to operate as normal as possible. We are classified as keyworkers and continue our work advising and supporting clients and their families, including throughout any lockdowns in accordance with government guidance.
We continue to offer our remote appointments using videoconferencing technology such as Zoom and MS Teams.
If you are attending an 'in person' appointment at one of our offices, please do not attend if you have recently tested positive for Covid-19 or have symptoms. This is to make sure we try to keep everyone safe. Our offices do not require clients to wear masks, but we respect your preferences here and will be happy to wear one if you prefer. Please just let us know prior to your first appointment.

As all our systems are cloud-based, we can assist and support you by working remotely. We continue to follow guidance from the Government, the Solicitors Regulation Authority, HMCTS and The Law Society.
Health and Safety
- We offer clients remote appointments by Zoom conferencing, as an alternative to face-to-face meetings.
- We ask that all correspondence and documents are sent by email wherever possible. We will accept hard copies by post should no alternative be available.
- We provide hand sanitiser gel and hand washing facilities, however we recommend that you bring your own hand sanitiser if possible.
- Feel free to bring your own drinks and refreshments.
- In the event of court or other face-to-face contact, we politely ask you to follow any one-way system and all social distancing measures, this includes ensuring that you always remain two metres apart from others. Signage is provided to assist you.
Support
Most of all we will support you as best as we can even in the event of changes to court hearings, cancellations or delays.
